Flat steel Products
1. Hot Rolled Coils / Sheets / Plates
Hot-rolled coil is produced from semi-finished products, which are reduced to certain thicknesses by rolling and annealing and wound into a roll. Hot-rolled steel is used in e.g. for the manufacture of pipes, steel doors and tanks or is further processed into cold-rolled steel.
2. Cold Rolled Coils / Sheets (Bright and Black Annealed)
Cold-rolled steel refers to low-carbon steel produced by a “cold rolling” method and processed at near normal room temperatures. Cold-rolled steel offers superior strength and machinability. Cold-rolled steel sheets are commonly used for engineered products where tight tolerances, concentricity, straightness and coated surfaces are required.
3. Coated Steel Coils / Sheets / Corrugated Sheets / Profile Sheet
Coated Steel is basically the product of continuous and highly automated industrial process for efficiently coating coils of metal with alloys like zinc, Aluzinc and polyester based paint. We deal in the following coated steel products;
Paint: 12mic to 25mic)
i. Hot-Dipped Galvanized Coils:
It is produced by a process called galvanization where the iron and steel is coated with zinc, which alloys with the surface of the base metal when immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 840 °F (449 °C).
ii. Hot-Dipped Galvalume Coils:
Galvalume is a product of continuous and highly automated process for efficiently coating the coil surface with an alloy which is a combination of Aluminium (55%) and Zinc (43.5%) and a little amount of Silicon and other elements.
iii. Pre-painted galvanized or galvalume coils:
Pre-painted galvanized or galvalume coils, also known as pre-coated steel coil, coated steel, color coated steel etc., typically with a hot dip zinc and or hot dip aluzinc coated steel substrate. The term is an extension of GI or GL which is a traditional abbreviation for Galvanized Iron and Galvalume respectively.
Long steel Products
1. Steel Pipes
Steel Pipes are long, hollow tubes that are used for a variety of purposes. They are produced by two distinct methods which result in either a welded or seamless pipe. We offer a range of pipe products in different shapes (round, Square and rectangle) such as ERW Pipes, LSAW Pipes, Seamless pipes, SSAW Pipes and pipes used for Scaffolding.
2. Reinforcing or Deformed Bars (Merchant Bars)
Merchant Bars are the collective common name for all the construction related bars like, Equal Angle, Unequal Angle, Channel, Beams etc.
3. Wire Rods
Wire Rods are semi-finished product made out of billets by drawing process under hot rolling temperature. They are majorly used in fastner industries, roofing nail manufacturing and wire drawing.
4. Steel Billets
Steel Billets are also known square bars are a semi-finished raw material which is used in manufacturing rebar, wire rod and also seamless pipes. (from round billets)
As a company we strongly believe in long term sustainable business and we are more focused on identifying a business partner and add value to your business and growth which would help us also to grow.

Steel raw material
1. HMS 1-100%
Heavy Melting Scrap with a minimum thickness of 6 mm. It is classified as ISRI 200-202 (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc.)
2. HMS 1& 2 (80:20%)
HMS 1& 2 is also heavy scrap steel but the thickness of this type of scrap range from 4mm and up where HMS 2 thickness is 4mm and 5mm max, This is mixed with HMS 1 scrap in the ratio of 80% : 20% , HMS 1 and HMS 2 respectively with the classification ISRI 200 to 206.
3. STEEL PLATE SCRAP & STRUCTURAL STEEL
This scrap is obtained mainly from oil and water tanks, the vessel plates and broken barges and also construction steel like Beams/ Channels/ Angles etc. It is Classified as PNS Scrap as per ISRI 231-232 with thickness must be 8mm upwards. This scrap is used for melting and for re-rolling.
4. Shredded Scrap
It comes from the shredding of automobile scrap and other industrial scrap. It is a scrap of great value. This is classified as ISRI 210-211. The ideal average weight is 68- 75lbs per cubic feet
5. Stainless Steel Scrap
